An elegant, dynamic appearance, many technical innovations, the greatest possible comfort and maximum safety: the S-Class, which celebrated its official world premiere at the end of September 1998 at the Paris Motor Show, quickly became a true trendsetter. Within the broad model range, at the end of 2000, the S 55 AMG took on the role of the decidedly luxurious sports sedan. 360 hp, a torque of 530 Newton meters and speeds that reached an impressive 250 km/h: the S 55 AMG impressed with its sporty character, which was also reflected in the design. Modeled on the original with the highest precision, the miniature model of the sports sedan enriches any collection. The model car is painted in the authentic color and has a faithful representation of all exterior and interior details. The doors, hood and tailgate can be opened on the model and provide a view of the interior of the car. The limited model car is delivered in Mercedes-Benz packaging, which includes a screwdriver for easy removal. A glove is also included in the delivery to protect the model from fingerprints on the glass and the painted body.
