  1. A product is eligible for return/refund/exchange only if the product received by the customer is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from their description on the product details page on the website shop-Mercedes-Benz.co.in. Every effort is made to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, when viewed on different digital screens, the result may vary. So we will not consider requests for return/refund/exchange for color variations.

  2. Return/Refund will be processed only if:
    it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customer’s possession;
    - the product is not different from what was shipped to the customer;
    - the product is returned in the original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, invoice, and all the accessories).

  3. Size exchange in apparel (shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) can only be made if the size delivered to the customer is different from the one they had selected while placing the order.

  4. To claim, please get in touch with our customer care helpline toll-free number 0008000501888 within two working days of receiving the product(s). Please share the order number, order ID date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the incorrectly delivered or defective item. Customer Support will acknowledge the return request after review within 1-2 business days.

  5. We will review the case and get back within one working day. If the claim is correct, then we will arrange a pick up of the product/s from the address same as the shipping address within 5-7 business days. In the event of non-serviceability of return pick up at the given address, you may be requested to arrange to send the goods back on your own.

  6. We will replace the product/s within 7-10 business days of receiving the product. Replacement would initiate after physical verification of the returned product. Suppose we are unable to replace the product due to non-availability. In that case, we will then refund the payment or cancel the invoice within 5-7 business days after receiving the original product. The customer will be informed about the possibility within 2-4 business days of receiving the products.

  7. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the same source as the payment mode, i.e., If the payment were by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we would refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 3-5 business days.

  8. If the transaction is processed more than once for the same order, the additional amount paid will be refunded via the same source within 3-5 business days.
